Basic Eligibility Criteria for DPT
- The applicant must have passed Fsc (Pre-Medical) / A-Level, American School etc. with minimum 60% marks. (In case of A “Level” or Ex Pakistani qualification, Applicant must provide equivalence certificate.
NOTE : THE ADMISSION POLICY MAY VARY AS PER UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES (UHS) RECOMMENDATIONS / GUIDELINES).

- Please remember that the application is not completed only by paying fee. You have to login again and complete the application form after paying the relevant fee.
- A scannedcopy of all the educational documents will be uploaded by the applicant.
- Complete the application and submit it.
- Track your application unless it is accepted.
- View your admission portal off and on to view the latest updates regarding admission.
- All incomplete applications will be rejected if not submitted correctly by the last date.

Merit Calculation Formula:
- 60% FSc (Pre Medical)
- 10% Matruculation
- 30% Interview
- All the shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews

BS Nursing
ADMISSION ADVERTISEMENT FOR BSN 2025-26
Basic Eligibility Criteria for BS Programmes
- HSSC/F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) / Equivalent with minimum 50% marks from any recognized Board in Punjab.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years calculated on the last date of application. No relaxation beyond this limit shall be granted under any circumstances.
Merit Calculation Formula:
- 60% FSc (Pre Medical)
- 10% Matruculation
- 30% Interview
- All the shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews
- Last Date for Submission of Applications is 7th April 2026
- Classes will commence on 13th April 2026.
