Dear Applicant, You have successfully completed the initial steps of creating an account and also have paid your fee, and got your application code. 

Now open up your application and fill in the 6-page application.

Initially, the college only demands scanned copies of your documents and certificates. 

The following original scanned documents are required to be attached to this application

• Passport-size picture with a white background
• Applicant CNIC (Front & Back Scanned PDF)
• Domicile / Resident Certificate (PDF)
• Parent CNIC (Front & Back scanned PDF)
• Matriculation / O-Level Certificate (PDF)
• FSC / A-Level Equivalence Certificate (PDF)
• MDCAT/ SAT 2/ UCAT Result Card (PDF)

Please save your application after each page. 

On the last page, review your application save it again, and click on submit. 

Once you have submitted the application, the status will be changed to awaiting validation. 

The admission cell CPMC will review your application and if it’s complete and correct, then the status will be changed to accepted. 

Please log in again and check if your application is Accepted or not. If you have not filled out the application correctly or not uploaded the required documents, your application will be marked as an incomplete application and you will be informed through SMS & email.

Please fill in all the required details. All incomplete applications will not be entertained. Please provide the correct and operational email & cell phone numbers. We will inform you through SMS & emails.
